Terms and Conditions

These terms establish the agreement between Menalyviona and training participants. By registering for training, you accept these terms and commit to following program policies regarding attendance, conduct, and material usage.

Training Registration and Payment

Registration becomes binding when you submit payment for training. Fees cover instruction, materials, and system access for the duration of the program. Payment must clear before training begins. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers through our payment processor. Declined payments result in registration cancellation unless resolved within 48 hours.

Attendance and Participation Requirements

Participants must attend at least 14 of 16 scheduled sessions to receive completion recognition. Absences beyond this limit may require repeating modules in future cohorts. Participants are expected to complete integration work between sessions as this work is essential for skill development. Minimal participation or incomplete assignments may result in removal from the cohort.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations submitted more than 14 days before training starts receive full refunds minus processing fees. Cancellations within 14 days receive 50% refunds. No refunds are provided after training begins. We may cancel cohorts due to insufficient enrollment, in which case participants receive full refunds or transfer to future cohorts at their choice. Results may vary based on individual effort and application.

Intellectual Property and Materials

Training materials including code examples, documentation, and recordings remain property of Menalyviona. Participants receive non-exclusive licenses to use materials for personal learning and professional work. Materials may not be redistributed, sold, or used to create competing training programs. Participants retain ownership of code they write during training projects.

Code of Conduct

Participants must treat instructors and other participants professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior results in immediate removal without refund. Technical discussions should remain constructive even when disagreeing about implementation approaches. We maintain inclusive environment welcoming participants of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Limitation of Liability

Menalyviona provides training on implementation techniques but makes no guarantees about employment outcomes, project success, or specific skill acquisition. We are not liable for losses resulting from applying training content inappropriately or in contexts beyond participant expertise. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to training fees paid. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

Technical Requirements and Access

Participants must provide computers meeting minimum specifications and internet connections adequate for video sessions and cloud platform access. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by inadequate equipment or connectivity. Participants receive training platform access credentials at program start, which expire 30 days after completion unless extended access is purchased separately.

Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and use participant data as described in our privacy policy. This includes contact information, professional background, and training progress data. Information helps us deliver training effectively and improve curriculum quality. We do not sell participant data to third parties. See our complete privacy policy for detailed data handling practices.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect program changes or legal requirements. Updates apply to future cohorts rather than participants already enrolled. We notify registrants of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding these terms are governed by laws of British Columbia, Canada. Participants agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action. If direct resolution fails, disputes proceed to binding arbitration in Vancouver. Arbitration costs are split equally between parties unless arbitrator determines otherwise based on case merits.
